Full-Cycle Account Executive

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote.

You'll join an early-stage, AI-first healthtech startup that builds the technology platform for one fast-growing medical specialty — and only that specialty. One product gives clinics everything they need to win more patients and cut admin work: a CRM, a fully branded patient portal, AI coordinators that answer patients in real time, and automation. Clinics on the platform report turning roughly 70% more inquiries into paying patients within six months — a story clinic owners want to hear.

The company works with clinics across North and Central America, from one-person practices to multi-location networks, and needs a strong closer to help it scale. As a Full-Cycle Account Executive, you'll own every deal from the first conversation to the signed contract — building your own pipeline, running discovery and demos, and closing with clinic owners and doctors in English and Spanish.

You're a hunter first. You don't wait for leads to show up. You love to win, own your results, and want to help build how the company sells — side by side with the founders.

Follow-up. Follow up with discipline and keep the CRM accurate.
