We’re hiring our first SDR, and you’d get to build the playbook with us.

At EBAS Group, we find people for fast-growing US startups. We’ve placed talent at AI-native companies like Perplexity, Firecrawl, Dust, Wisdom and HealthLeap, and we’ve been a retained go-to partner for Paraform, outperforming most other agencies on the platform.

Now we’re growing into tech hiring to become a one-stop shop, and we need someone to help build a brand-new client pipeline in the US.

You’ll start conversations with startup founders and hiring leaders, book discovery calls, and work directly with our Founder/CEO Adrian Fowler to build our outbound playbook from scratch. Your ideas are welcome.

What’s in it for you:

→ It’s a new market for us, so the earning upside is real.

→ You’ll use the latest AI and outreach tools and run lots of A/B tests.

→ Real mentorship from a founder with a high close rate, plus coaching and extensive training

→ 100% remote, anywhere in LATAM.

→ $2,000+ USD base per month, a commission for every meeting you book, and a much bigger one for every deal closed.

You’ll do well here if you:

✔ Have 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound experience, ideally selling to US companies

✔ Are tech savvy and comfortable with AI and outreach tools

✔ Build relationships naturally and write outreach that sounds like a real person

✔ Have excellent English, written and spoken

✔ Can work US Central Time hours
