Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and own Lineage’s end-to-end marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and generate qualified inbound inquiries across target expansion markets.
Build automated prospecting programs and targeted email sequences using AI tools to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with U.S. furniture retailers and buyers.
Leverage AI image generation tools to produce a high volume of realistic, lifestyle product imagery for website, dealer, and catalog collateral.
Manage all social media channels, shaping a unified brand voice and creating visual content to drive engagement with trade partners and consumers.
Design, launch, and measure sales-driving dealer incentive programs, seasonal promotions, and marketing toolkits for field sales representatives.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and technology leads, gathering field insights to refine campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and report performance to company owners.

Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, or similar full-ownership role (Required).
Proven track record of running end-to-end outbound email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and prospecting automation workflows (Required).
Heavy, practical expertise using AI tools for content generation, research, prospecting, and creating/editing lifestyle product imagery (Required).
Demonstrated background in social media strategy, visual content creation, and cross-channel brand building (Required).
