REGIONAL F&I / BUSINESS MANAGER
East Rand, Gauteng
Market Related Salary + Car + Incentives + Benefits

Five dealerships. Four F&I Managers. One person keeping the whole finance operation moving.

A growing independent motor group is looking for an experienced Regional F&I / Business Manager to oversee the finance and insurance function across five dealerships on the East Rand.

The portfolio is diverse, covering premium used vehicles, motorcycles, high-demand Chinese brands and light commercial vehicles, so this role needs someone who can adapt quickly, understand different dealership environments and keep performance, compliance and cash flow tightly controlled.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance.

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly energetic F&I professional who will lead the team, solve problems, chase what needs chasing and step into the detail when required.
The role

You’ll act as the senior F&I point across the five dealerships, overseeing and mentoring four F&I Managers while working closely with the Dealer Principals and group leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing F&I performance across all five dealerships
Acting as Key Individual for the regional operation
Coaching, mentoring and developing the F&I team
Monitoring finance penetration, VAP performance, APU and overall profitability
Ensuring complete and accurate deal files and regulatory compliance
Liaising with banks and finance houses to resolve outstanding matters
Following up bank payouts, settlements and outstanding payments
Managing and chasing VAP supplier payments
Supporting deal structuring and helping resolve difficult or delayed transactions
Monitoring F&I processes and identifying areas where efficiency can be improved
Driving accountability across the regional F&I function
Working closely with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers and finance providers
Stepping into dealership operations when additional support is needed

Energetic, resilient and comfortable in a high-performance, high-accountability environment
Willing to get involved personally when something needs to be resolved
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Valid driver’s licence
Stable employment history with contactable references

Who will thrive here?

Someone who doesn’t wait for problems to land on their desk.

You’ll need to know what is outstanding, who is responsible, what is holding up payment and what needs to happen next.

Lead the people. Fix the problems. Move the money. Keep the deals flowing.

If you’re an experienced F&I professional ready to take responsibility beyond a single dealership and lead a regional operation, we’d like to hear from you.
