Are you ready to take control of this operation and make your mark on the mining industry in Victoria At least five years of underground mining experience. Strong underground hard rock mining background, including longhole stoping. Mining engineering or equivalent technical experience, such as Senior Engineer, Technical Superintendent or Scheduling Engineer. Experience in mine scheduling, production planning, and drill and blast design and implementation. Strong understanding of underground mining safety systems and statutory requirements. Ability to work effectively in a hands-on operational environment. Previous experience as a Mine Manager, Technical Superintendent, Shift Boss or Alternate Mine Manager. First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate, or progress towards obtaining one. Experience with Surpac. Airleg mining experience. Brownfields project development experience. Experience across mining and processing operations. Commercial and budgeting experience.
