We are partnering with an international technology consultancy to find a Senior Mobile Engineer to join a mobile team that’s already up and running. The project is for one of Europe’s largest retail chains, whose apps are used by millions of people every day.

The challenge
The current apps are native (iOS and Android), and the goal is to bring in React Native to deliver features faster. You’ll:

Build features with React Native and TypeScript.
Integrate React Native into existing native apps (native modules, bridging).
Help decide what should be built in React Native, native or WebView.
Run prototypes and performance tests before key decisions are made.

What they’re looking for

Solid production experience with React Native.
Native experience in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin). One of the two is enough.
Professional English to work in an international team.
Based in Spain (excluding the Canary and Balearic Islands).

Big plus: native modules, migrations to React Native, Expo and large-scale apps.

What’s on offer

Salary of around €75K gross/year.
100% remote.
A single long-term project with real impact at scale.
Fast process: 3 interviews.
