Assist across the wider hotel food operation when required.

About You

Proven Chef de Partie experience in a high-quality fresh-food kitchen.
Rosette, Michelin-listed or comparable fine-dining experience is strongly preferred.
Technically solid, calm under pressure and confident running a busy section.
Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards.
Reliable, collaborative and keen to develop.
