About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead Brand Designer to own and evolve the visual identity of a growing, mission-driven technology company operating in the climate space. In this role, you’ll lead the creative direction of the company’s brand while remaining hands-on in designing the materials that represent the business across digital, print, and physical channels.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how the company presents itself to customers, partners, and the broader market, from website experiences and marketing campaigns to flagship reports, sales presentations, event materials, and video content. You’ll establish and maintain high design standards, ensuring the brand remains distinctive, cohesive, and effective as the company grows.

What You’ll Do

Own and evolve the company’s visual identity system, establishing consistent design standards across all external-facing materials
Lead website design for new pages, marketing campaigns, and brand refreshes in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
Design flagship reports, whitepapers, and long-form editorial materials that communicate the company’s expertise and establish its authority in the market
Create sales presentations, pitch deck templates, and other collateral that support customer acquisition and go-to-market initiatives
Develop digital marketing assets, including advertisements, social media content, landing pages, email creative, and integrated campaign materials
Design the company’s physical brand presence across events, dinners, print materials, signage, and merchandise
Develop creative briefs and direct the production of motion graphics and video content for product launches, campaigns, and social media
Build and manage a network of specialized contractors and creative agencies, providing clear direction, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality output
Manage creative project timelines, external partner relationships, and design budgets while balancing quality, efficiency, and business priorities
Collaborate directly with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into effective creative strategies and design solutions
Stay hands-on with design execution, using tools such as Figma while providing creative direction and maintaining quality standards across multiple formats
