At Ensitech, we are a custom software development company with more than 19 years of experience delivering high-quality technology solutions.

We are seeking a Project Manager / Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in a custom software agency or development shop. The ideal candidate will lead client discovery, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint delivery, and oversee multiple web and mobile projects. Strong communication, client relationship management, technical understanding, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Our client builds custom web, mobile, and SaaS applications through straightforward, jargon-free collaboration. We need a hands-on Product Manager to partner directly with our CEO and take full ownership of client discovery and project delivery, freeing up executive bandwidth to scale the business.

Key Resposibilities:

Client Discovery: Translate business owners' ideas into clear roadmaps and technical specs without using confusing jargon.
Account Leadership: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for active clients, managing expectations, timelines, and scope independently from the CEO.
Delivery Execution: Write actionable user stories, manage sprint backlogs, unblock developers, and verify quality before client demos.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Product or Technical Project Management experience in a custom software agency or dev shop.
Proven ability to juggle multiple web and mobile builds simultaneously.
Exceptional communication: you speak business value to clients and technical specs to engineers.
High autonomy: you step into active projects and build structure immediately.
