About The Company

We are a brand platform on a mission to acquire, scale, and revitalize. A brand platform that acquires and scales consumer brands

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual expression of our growing portfolio of consumer brands. This is a highly hands-on role for a designer with

exceptional visual taste, strong digital craft, and a flexible creative mindset. You'll move between brand design, campaigns, e-commerce, paid media, email, product launches, and broader digital experiences, across multiple brands. A major part of this role is generative AI. We're looking for someone who already sees AI as part of the creative process, not simply a shortcut for producing images. You should be comfortable directing, prompting, iterating, selecting, compositing, retouching, and refining AI-generated work into sophisticated, commercially usable creative. We operate with the speed and flexibility of a startup. Priorities evolve, briefs aren't always perfectly defined, and designers are expected to bring judgment, curiosity, ownership, and solutions rather than wait for instructions.

What You'll Do

Creative Across the Portfolio

● Develop creative across brand, e-commerce, campaigns, paid social, email, product

launches, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints

● Translate existing brand identities into fresh creative while maintaining consistency and

recognizable brand codes

● Take projects from loose briefs and early-stage ideas through polished final execution

Generative AI and Image-Making

● Use generative AI extensively throughout the creative process, from early exploration and

concept development through image generation and finished creative

● Direct, prompt, iterate, composite, and retouch AI-generated work until its it's sophisticated

and commercially usable

Tools and Craft

● Work primarily across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, moving confidently between

collaborative digital workflows and high-craft execution

● Manage multiple brands, projects, and priorities simultaneously without compromising the quality of the work

Cross-Team Collaboration

● Partner closely with creative, brand, growth, retention, e-commerce, and product teams

● Contribute references, ideas, creative perspectives, and thoughtful critique to the broader

creative team

Who You Are

You're a senior-level designer with a strong visual point of view and the judgment to recognize

what makes something good, not just how to make something polished.

You don't fit neatly into a single design specialty, and that's the point. You're curious, adaptable,

visually obsessive, and exceptionally resourceful. You're equally comfortable building a system

in Figma, developing imagery through generative AI, refining it in Photoshop, adapting a brand

across digital touchpoints, and solving a creative problem you haven't encountered before.

You thrive in the speed, variety, and ambiguity of a startup and multi-brand portfolio, and you

keep a consistently high bar for taste, craft, creativity, and attention to detail the whole way

through.

What We're Looking For

● A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste, typography, composition, and

digital design craft

● Professional experience designing for consumer brands within DTC, CPG, lifestyle,

beauty, wellness, food and beverage, or adjacent categories

● Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including strong experience working

within collaborative design systems and digital workflows

● Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools and workflows

● Strong image-making skills, including compositing, retouching, manipulation, and visual

refinement

● An understanding of how brand systems translate into e-commerce and

performance-driven digital environments without becoming generic performance creative

● The ability to work independently, make confident creative decisions, and clearly

communicate the thinking behind them

● Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment, where priorities can shift and ambiguity is

part of the process

● The flexibility to move between different brands, aesthetics, audiences, and creative

challenges

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● A collaborative mindset and the confidence to give, receive, and act on creative feedback

● Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

● Packaging and print production experience, particularly within CPG (a strong plus, not

required)

● Experience with motion, e-commerce platforms, or emerging creative technologies

Why Join

● Real scope, real variety. You're not designing for one brand. You'll shape the look and

feel of a growing portfolio, with the autonomy to push the work forward.

● AI at the center of the craft. Generative AI isn't a side experiment here. It's part of how

We are creative every day, and you'll help define how that's done well.

● Your work ships and matters. What you make goes straight into campaigns, launches,

and customer touchpoints, and directly shapes how our brands are perceived.

● Grow with a platform that's just getting started.
