Company Overview

U.S.-based healthcare technology company that helps people with chronic medical conditions access essential medical supplies and manage their healthcare needs from home.

The company combines healthcare services, technology, insurance coordination, and home delivery to simplify the process of obtaining medical supplies.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into decisions that improve our member experience, operational efficiency, and growth. With our data infrastructure and dashboards already in place, you’ll be able to start analyzing from day one. You’ll build on that foundation, uncover opportunities, and partner with teams across the company to translate insights into measurable business impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop analytical frameworks and deliver insights that guide decision-making and prioritization across Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
Analyze acquisition funnels, conversion, member engagement, retention, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build, maintain, and automate models, dashboards, and reporting that help teams track performance and take action.
Investigate changes in business metrics, identify root causes, and distinguish correlation from causation when evaluating impact.
Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative context to develop practical recommendations and measure their results.
Use AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate exploration and analysis while validating the accuracy of outputs.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively surface opportunities and problems that teams may not yet know to investigate.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in data analytics, strategic analytics, management consulting, or an equivalent analytical role, ideally in a technology company or high-growth startup.
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently analyze large datasets and synthesize information from multiple sources.
Experience with at least one BI tool, such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Omni.
Experience using an AI-powered data analytics tool, such as Omni, with sound judgment about when and how to validate its results.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels.
Strong product sense and business acumen, connecting analysis to the member experience and business outcomes.
Ability to influence decisions and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ownership of work from initial question through recommendation and follow-up.
Intellectual curiosity paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.

Nice to have

Experience with Omni.
Experience writing SQL against a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
Experience with retention and cohort analysis.
Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), including claims, reimbursement, collections, and denials.
Experience in consumer technology or healthcare.

Note: Please submit your resume in English; otherwise, we may not process your application. We prioritize the processing of one active application at a time. If you have applied for multiple job openings within our organization, we kindly request that you direct any update inquiries to the team responsible for handling your initial application. If selected for the role, the client will determine the final offer based on your interview performance, skills, and experience.
