Application Engineers - Speciality Chemicals

This role offers a strong technical platform within a growing Singapore operation, with exposure to high-growth markets across e-mobility, energy storage, automotive electronics and electrical engineering applications. The successful candidate will work hand in hand with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, recommend the right polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, adhesive or sealant solution, and support customers through trials and qualification to production adoption. Joining during the build-up phase, you will help establish the application engineering capability locally while collaborating with international technical teams. It is a highly visible, customer-facing role, well suited to a technically strong engineer who wants to move beyond lab or support work into a position where their expertise directly shapes customer solutions and business growth.
