SEO Manager

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything. At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote from anywhere in Latin America.

You'll join a fast-growing U.S. digital marketing agency that works exclusively with established pest control companies — operators doing $1M+ in annual revenue. The agency more than doubled its team in the past year and is on track to grow revenue by 50%. For its clients, local and organic search are a direct line to qualified leads — and SEO has to ship cleanly across a portfolio of 30 clients.

As SEO Manager, you own SEO end to end for those clients — strategy, hands-on execution, performance, and team-level delivery. It's a high-agency role with real responsibility and no layers of people management: you execute directly and step in on high-stakes launches and migrations. You report directly to the CEO, with a path to Senior SEO Manager and SEO Director. Editorial and content production are owned elsewhere.

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

Year-over-year growth in qualified leads from Google Business Profiles and, tracked separately, from organic search.
Stronger local map visibility (share of local visibility) for established profiles.
More non-branded organic clicks to service-area pages. Targets are set every quarter in the SEO OKRs.

What You'll Do

Portfolio and strategy. Be the primary SEO owner for each client, and define strategy across local, technical, content inputs (topics, structure, prioritization), and link-building direction.
Local and on-page. Own Google Business Profile strategy and execution, citations and NAP consistency, on-page SEO, internal linking, content refreshes, and geo-focused pages — with consistent hygiene across large site footprints.
Technical SEO. Fix crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals at the client level, partnering with the technical SEO specialists on audits and system-level changes.
Launches and migrations. Own SEO for builds, redesigns, platform and domain changes with the web team, validating redirects, tracking and indexation so nothing regresses.
Critical execution. Step in on urgent diagnostics, complex fixes, and recovery situations when the stakes are high.
Team operations. Own SEO intake from Account Managers, turn requests into clear scopes and priorities, keep blockers visible, and enforce QA, documentation, and sign-off.

What You Bring

Typically 5+ years of SEO experience, or equivalent, owning strategy and execution for multiple clients.
Deep local SEO experience with multi-location service businesses: Google Business Profiles, map visibility, and service-area pages.
Solid technical SEO execution — you define the requirements instead of relying on developers to figure them out.
Strong analytics and reporting fluency, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Advanced or fluent English (C1+) and experience with U.S. clients; comfortable client-facing and alongside highly technical specialists.
You prefer shipping to strategy decks, and you own launches and migrations.
You fix root causes, use checklists and SOPs, and bring high QA rigor.
You flag risks and blockers early, stay clear under pressure, and keep learning without being asked.

How You've Learned SEO

Strongly preferred: you've read books on SEO and marketing, and can name SEOs you've learned from.
You've run your own SEO experiments, ideally on sites you built or own.
You can go deep on local SEO. Certificates alone aren't enough.
