About the Company

We are an established U.S. manufacturer and wholesale distributor specializing in high-quality packaging and hardware solutions, including kitting boxes, plastic boxes, grip plastic jars, and plastic drywall anchors.

Approximately 90% of our products are proudly Made in the USA. The company serves hardware stores, lumber yards, garden centers, auto shops, and enterprise retail accounts across Florida and international territories. We value quality craftsmanship, long-term business relationships, and dependable customer service.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly articulate, persuasive outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused purely on top-of-funnel prospecting and strategic lead generation.

Unlike a full-cycle sales position, this role focuses strictly on identifying high-value commercial accounts ("whales"), making outbound contact, qualifying key decision-makers, and generating strong interest in the company’s American-made packaging and hardware solutions. Once a prospect demonstrates interest, the SDR will seamlessly hand off the account to a Senior Sales Representative for closing.

Because this role represents a U.S. manufacturing brand selling American-made products, a native or near-native American accent with clear, unaccented English fluency is a strict, mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

Conduct targeted outbound telephone, email, and digital outreach to identify potential large-scale enterprise accounts ("whales") across packaging, hardware, and retail sectors.
Pitch company's U.S.-manufactured product catalog—including kitting boxes, plastic boxes, drywall anchors, and plastic jars.
Articulate the value proposition of purchasing directly from a high-quality domestic manufacturer.

2. Qualification & Sales Hand-off

Qualify prospects based on store/business size, product volume requirements, buying habits, and purchasing timelines.
Spark genuine interest and transfer qualified opportunities to Senior Sales Representatives to complete product demonstrations, quotes, and contract closings.

3. CRM & Pipeline Tracking

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, emails, contacts, and lead statuses in the CRM.
Track long-term prospect nurture cycles and schedule timely follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with senior sales management and executive leadership on pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Language & Tone (Hard Requirement): Must speak fluent English with a native or near-native American accent. Candidates must sound natural and seamless on the phone when representing a "Made in USA" brand.
Experience: 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales development, cold calling, account prospecting, or inside sales experience.
Industry Familiarity (Preferred): Prior experience in wholesale distribution, packaging materials, hardware, building supplies, or manufacturing sales is a strong advantage.
Target-Driven Mindset: High persistence and comfort with outbound cold calling and long-term deal nurturing ("whale hunting").
Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, a noise-canceling professional headset, and a quiet, dedicated home office workspace.
