Navigate objections, qualify decision-makers, and establish value to secure booked meetings.

Pipeline Management & Operations

Log all call activity, prospect responses, notes, and appointment details accurately within CRM tracking systems.
Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume, conversation, and scheduled appointment targets.
Participate in coaching sessions with the Team Lead to refine messaging scripts, objection-handling techniques, and conversion strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

Preferred

Prior experience supporting US-based clients or selling into the US business market.
Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, CPA, fractional CFO, or professional services terminology.
Hands-on experience navigating sales CRMs, power dialers, and outbound tracking software.

Success Metrics

Daily Activity: Consistently achieving 200–250 outbound calls per day.
Daily Output: Booking an average of 3–4 qualified meetings per day.
