Workplace Experience & Reception Coordinator

Be the Face of a Professional Workplace

We’re looking for a polished, professional, and tech-savvy Workplace Experience & Reception Coordinator to be the first point of contact for a busy corporate environment.

This is more than a traditional receptionist role. You’ll create a welcoming experience for employees, executives, clients, vendors, and visitors while helping keep day-to-day workplace operations organized and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, highly professional, and comfortable with technology. This location has a high level of executive and leadership activity, so outstanding customer service, discretion, and professionalism are essential.

No college degree required.

Manage visitor check-in, badging, and tracking systems
Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, parking, and vehicle logs
Manage security access cards, keys, and related workplace access processes
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities

Comfortable learning and using visitor management, badging, and workplace systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, polished, and confident interacting with people at all levels
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

Able to walk throughout the facility and carry small packages as needed

The Ideal Candidate

You’re the person who naturally makes people feel welcome. You know how to communicate with executives and visitors professionally, stay calm when things get busy, and handle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

You’re comfortable with technology, learn new systems quickly, and understand that the way you represent the workplace matters.

If you bring strong customer service skills, professionalism, confidence, and a welcoming personality, we want to hear from you.

No degree required — experience, professionalism, and customer service are what matter most.
