In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Build and manage the React web interface for the client's agentic associate, including chat, streaming responses, tool-call visibility, approvals, and human-in-the-loop controls
Design how agents show their work in the UI: reasoning steps, tool calls, citations, errors, and the status of long-running tasks
Connect the front end to agent backends (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers through clean, well-defined APIs
Build interface features backed by RAG pipelines and vector databases, such as document retrieval, source attribution, and enterprise knowledge access
Apply guardrails and security controls across the interface and API layers, including input/output filtering, data masking, and pre/post-tool execution controls
Deploy containerized applications using GitOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Work with observability tools (Langfuse, Grafana) to track performance, cost, latency, and quality in production
Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders, communicating requirements, design decisions, and delivery updates clearly in spoken and written English

Skills you have 🚀

3+ years of hands-on software development with production deployments, including real-world AI/LLM application work
Strong React and TypeScript/JavaScript experience: component architecture, state management, performance, and testing
Experience building AI-facing interfaces: streaming responses, tool-call rendering, generative UI, and human-in-the-loop flows (Vercel AI SDK, assistant-ui, CopilotKit, AG-UI, or similar)
A very good sense of how AI interacts with web interfaces, including structured outputs, tool use, and how agents read from and act on front-end applications
Hands-on experience with at least two AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar), and the ability to reason about architectural tradeoffs independently
Working experience with MCP servers, ideally having built or extended one yourself, and able to explain schemas and lifecycle with real examples
RAG experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or similar), including embedding strategies and retrieval optimization
Practical experience with guardrails across more than one platform: input/output filtering, data masking, redaction, and pre/post-tool execution controls
GitOps fundamentals: branching strategies, promotion workflows, infra/app separation, and Git as the source of truth
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for production deployments
Python with FastAPI or similar for API development
Fluent spoken and written English, so you can discuss and reason through technical requirements in real time without friction

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience deploying open-source LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, Hugging Face Inference) in production
Experience with LLM observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize, or similar) and infrastructure monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus)
Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms (Make, Zapier)
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM or enterprise IT management platforms
Background in telecommunications, broadband, or infrastructure-heavy industries
AWS or Azure cloud experience
Next.js, design systems, and accessibility experience
Contributions to open-source AI projects
