On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to support the company's expansion in the Greek market.

Our client is a well-established company with extensive experience in providing specialised technical services and innovative solutions for pipeline inspection, leak detection, drainage systems, and pipe rehabilitation without excavation.

As the company expands its operations in Greece, we are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-oriented professional who can build strong business relationships, identify new opportunities, and turn potential leads into successful partnerships.

Previous experience in technical services is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided. What matters most is strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to confidently approach and engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential B2B clients, developing new business opportunities across Greece.
Manage incoming enquiries, emails, and client requests, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Deliver professional presentations of the company's services, technologies, and solutions.
Understand each client's requirements and recommend suitable solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations, ensuring they are tailored to individual client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with new and existing clients.
Develop relationships with construction companies, property management companies, architects, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Approach public and private organisations involved in infrastructure, water supply, drainage, and maintenance projects.
Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships and identify additional opportunities.
Travel throughout Greece when required to attend client meetings, present solutions, and develop business opportunities.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, B2B business development, field sales, or account management will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confidence in approaching potential clients and conducting professional presentations.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to independently manage appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Good computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented personality.
Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
Valid driving licence (Category B).
Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Greece when required.

Additional Advantages

Experience in technical services, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
Familiarity with construction companies, engineering firms, contractors, or property management businesses.
Existing professional network within the construction or technical services sector.

What We Offer

Full-time employment with a stable Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–16:00).

Continuous support from an experienced technical team.
Possibility of a company car, subject to agreement.
Opportunity to play an active role in developing and expanding the company's presence in Greece.
