Location: Remote: SA/LatAm/PH

Work Schedule: Rotational

Salary:Market Related

About the Role

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to serve as the front line of communication for a nationwide real estate media provider in the United States. You will be the primary point of contact for real estate agents booking photography, video, drone services, and floor plans for their property listings, ensuring every order runs smoothly from intake to delivery.

This is a fully remote, full-time independent contractor position. You can work from anywhere globally, provided you have a reliable internet connection, stable power, and functional backup plans for both.

Real estate moves fast. Listings launch on tight turnaround times, clients call with last-minute updates, and a single missed detail can impact a property sale. We are looking for individuals who remain composed under pressure, resolve problems proactively, and deliver attentive, high-touch support on every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, messages, and emails from real estate agents and brokerages across the United States.
Explain packages, service tiers, pricing, and scheduling availability clearly and professionally.
Book, adjust, and confirm shoot appointments using proprietary scheduling and CRM software.
Track active orders and open support tickets in our project management tools to ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate cross-functionally with field photographers, production teams, editors, and management to resolve issues efficiently.
Manage delivery inquiries, revision requests, and billing questions with a solution-oriented approach.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before the client notices (e.g., scheduling conflicts, missing package add-ons, address discrepancies).
Maintain clear and accurate records of every client interaction within the database.
Consistently meet response-time and client satisfaction benchmarks tied to performance bonuses.

Who We Are Looking For

1+ years of professional experience in customer support, client relations, or scheduling (phone-based support strongly preferred).
Fluent spoken and written English, with clear phone articulation suitable for daily communication with US-based clients.
Composure and de-escalation skills, with an ability to defuse tense interactions independently.
Tech fluency, with the ability to quickly master internal platforms including booking portals, ticketing software, and team collaboration apps.
Strong ownership mindset, taking accountability for inquiries through to full resolution.
Collaborative attitude, thriving in an interdependent environment alongside customer support, editing, and operations teams.
Reliable availability for a designated weekly shift schedule, including occasional weekend coverage.
Prior experience in real estate services, commercial photography, or appointment-intensive logistics.
Prior background working remotely for US-based organizations.

Schedule & Coverage

Our support operations cover all US time zones, running from 8:00 AM Eastern to 11:00 PM Eastern (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific), seven days a week. Each contractor works a dedicated 40-hour weekly shift within this coverage window. Please specify your available shifts in your application. Priority consideration is given to candidates with evening or weekend availability.

Monthly performance bonuses tied to response metrics, accuracy rates, and client satisfaction scores.

Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), backed by a secondary connection (e.g., cellular hotspot).
