About the Opportunity

Our client, an established US-based CPA firm, is looking for experienced Tax Preparers to join their growing back-end accounting team. Our client provides comprehensive outsourced accounting services to small and mid-sized businesses, including full-charge bookkeeping, account reconciliations, payroll, and sales tax filings. Many of their clients have partnered with the firm for 5 to 10+ years.

This is a permanent, year-round, full-time position—not a seasonal tax role. In addition to handling client portfolios, you will assist with our client's internal bookkeeping. Our client provides full access to all necessary enterprise software, tax platforms, and systems.
The ideal candidate brings proven, hands-on experience in both general ledger bookkeeping and US tax preparation. Our client values long-term stability and is looking for dedicated professionals who want to grow with the firm. If you demonstrate strengths in administrative organization, there is also opportunity to take on light executive support during off-peak periods.

Maintain accurate books for a dedicated portfolio of small business clients in QuickBooks.
