About the Company

We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based, FINRA-registered broker-dealer. We execute stock and options trades for institutional clients and active retail traders.

We combine an experienced trading desk with our own in-house trading technology. Our client base and trading volume are growing fast, and we're extending our trading hours to 23 hours a day, five days a week. Our relationships with traders, trading communities, and partners are a big part of how we grow.

About the Role

Our clients are traders, from professional firms to active individuals, and they choose who they trade with based on trust and relationships. As we grow, we need someone dedicated to building and looking after those relationships: the partners, influencers, and trading communities that introduce us to new clients, and the clients we already have.

You'll learn our business and our customers well enough to speak to them in the right way and tone. You'll help manage partner and influencer relationships, support the content that keeps us visible in the trading community, and plan the events where we host clients and traders in person.

Because we're a regulated firm, everything we publish goes through compliance review. Part of doing this job well is producing work that's engaging and also accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Influencer Relationships

Identify and research potential partners, including trading educators, influencers, communities, and complementary platforms.
Coordinate partner and influencer outreach, onboarding, and day-to-day communication.
Keep partner relationships organized: agreements, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.

Client & Trader Relationships

Learn our client base well enough to communicate with traders in the right voice and tone.
Support ongoing client touchpoints, including check-ins, announcements, and relationship-building outreach alongside our desk and leadership.

Content Support

Help create and coordinate content for social media, email, our website, and partner channels.
Route all content through compliance review and track approvals before anything goes live.
Keep a content calendar so we show up consistently in the trading community.

Events

Plan and run events where we host clients and traders, from small dinners to larger gatherings.
Coordinate our presence at industry conferences and trader events, including logistics, materials, invitations, and follow-up.

Tracking & Reporting

Track partnership, content, and event results, including which relationships and activities bring in new clients.
Keep contacts and activity up to date in our CRM, and share simple reports with leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a strong university program, in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Up to two years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or client relations, including internships.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the judgment to adjust tone for different audiences.
Highly organized, with the ability to juggle partners, content, and events without dropping details.
Comfortable building relationships and representing the firm in person and online.
Willingness to work in our Miami Beach office full-time, with occasional evening events.
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry where content goes through compliance review.
Familiarity with online trading communities and the platforms where traders gather, such as X, YouTube, and Discord.
Hands-on event planning experience.
Working knowledge of design and content tools, such as Canva or Adobe, and a CRM.
Personal interest in markets and trading.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are:

A natural relationship-builder. People remember talking to you, and you follow up without being reminded.
A quick study. You'll learn how our business and our traders think, and you'll talk to them like an insider, not a marketer.
Highly organized. Partner timelines, content approvals, and event details all live somewhere you can find them.
Creative within guardrails. You can make content engaging while keeping it accurate and compliant.
Comfortable in the room. You enjoy hosting, introducing people, and making an event feel effortless.
Proactive. You spot a partnership or event opportunity and bring it to the team with a plan.

Why Join Us

Build something real. You'll shape how a growing broker-dealer shows up in the trading community.
Wide exposure early. You'll work across partnerships, content, events, and client relationships, alongside leadership.
Room to grow. As the firm grows, this role can grow into a larger partnerships or marketing position.
A Miami Beach office with a close-knit team in a fast-moving industry.
