In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Work hands-on with the team’s network source-of-truth platform: data sources, transformations, and data formatting for automation.
Map how network processes are done manually today, working with engineering and operations teams, and turn them into deterministic, automated workflows.
Design automations that scale to thousands of devices, covering provisioning, deployment, and service delivery.
Extract data from network devices through APIs, NETCONF/RESTCONF, streaming telemetry, and SNMP.
Build solutions with Ansible, Python, and modern network automation tools, using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) as part of the daily workflow.
Write design documentation, improve existing automations, and help shape the team’s agentic workflows.
Collaborate with senior engineers and network engineers to shape best practices and Agile user stories.

Skills you have 🚀

Strong ability to model solutions: break down a manual process, design the logic, and validate the result.
Experience with source-of-truth platforms (NetBox, Nautobot, or similar) and with structuring network data.
Up-to-date knowledge of network automation tools and approaches: NETCONF, RESTCONF, YANG, Ansible, Nornir, NAPALM, or similar.
Solid networking fundamentals (routing, switching, MPLS, BGP).
Experience with APIs, data structures, and SQL/databases.
Comfortable with Python and with AI coding tools.

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience in ISP, broadband, telecom, carrier, or network vendor environments.
Automation of service provider services such as metro Ethernet (EPIPE, VPLS, VPRN).
Streaming telemetry (gNMI), Kafka, or data pipelines.
Orchestration platforms such as Cisco NSO or Nokia NSP.
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Hands-on exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, or AI-driven network operations.
Certifications such as Cisco DevNet, Juniper Automation & DevOps, Red Hat Ansible, or AWS/Microsoft DevOps.
