Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Account Manager / Insurance Service Representative to manage day-to-day client servicing in a fast-paced environment. This is a primary, client-facing role—not a back-office support position. You will serve as the dedicated point of contact for policyholders, stepping directly into an established workflow to ensure accurate, responsive, and professional account maintenance with minimal ramp-up time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Service & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client service requests by phone and email.
- Answer questions about coverage, policy details, billing, and changes.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships that support retention.
Certificates & Endorsements
- Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) accurately and quickly.
- Process endorsements and policy changes, such as adding or removing drivers, vehicles, employees, locations, or additional insureds.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to complete policy changes.
- Confirm that all changes are reflected correctly in the client's policy records.
Quoting & New Business
- Gather client and business information needed for quotes.
- Prepare and submit quotes for workers' compensation, commercial, and personal lines policies.
- Present quote options to clients and answer questions.
- Enter new policies accurately into the agency management system.
Renewals
- Manage upcoming renewals proactively to prevent lapses in coverage.
- Review renewal terms and remarket policies when needed.
- Communicate renewal options to clients and secure renewal decisions on time.
- Process renewals and update policy records.
Policy Entry, Invoicing & Records
- Enter and maintain accurate policy information in NowCerts and Momentum AMS.
- Prepare and send client invoices and track payments.
- Keep client files, documents, and notes organized and current.
- Follow up on outstanding items so nothing is missed.

Minimum Qualifications:

2–5 years preferred in insurance account management, account servicing, or a similar client-facing support role.
Hands-on experience handling certificates, endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing.
Comfortable working on an AMS platform.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks without heavy oversight.
Reliable remote workspace setup (High-speed internet & professional headset)

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Sourcing Regions: Philippines, South Africa, Latin America.
Experience with NowCerts, Momentum, or comparable AMS systems.
Workers' compensation, commercial lines, or personal auto insurance experience.
Active insurance license.

A stable full-time remote position within a supportive team

Ideal Candidate Profile

They adapt quickly to internal workflows and handle core account servicing functions with minimal disruption.
They know the work inside and out, from issuing certificates and processing endorsements to preparing quotes and managing renewals.
