This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded maintenance technician who has experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC basics, and general building maintenance.

And here’s a major perk: your windshield time is paid! Your workday starts when you leave home and ends when you return home. A company vehicle and phone are provided, and you’ll need a safe place to keep the company vehicle at home.

Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle while traveling between properties

Respond to occasional emergency maintenance needs, including rotational on-call coverage

Why This Role Stands Out
