Career Opportunity | Chief Engineer - Hotel in Northwest Delhi Key responsibilities • Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance department, covering daily operations and preventive maintenance programmes. • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety and other building systems to keep the property running without interruption. • Plan and control the engineering budget, energy consumption and vendor and contractor work. • Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards; lead inspections and audits. • Train, mentor and supervise the engineering team. • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B and other departments for smooth operations. • Drive energy-efficiency and cost-control initiatives. Qualifications and experience • Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferred. • Hands-on hotel experience is a must. Candidates from standalone and smaller properties are welcome.
