Role: Bilingual Inside Sales Agent (Cold Caller)

Priority Location: Latin America

Working Hours: To be confirmed (Standard US Business Hours)

Type of contract: Independent Contractor (Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to transition to a long-term, full-time role)

Type of job: Remote

About the Company:

We are a specialized real estate firm that prioritizes high-quality, targeted outreach over mass dialing. Our culture is built on directness, punctuality, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our team members. We offer a supportive, focused environment where independent contractors are valued as core partners and have the opportunity to grow their careers as the business expands.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for a highly specific, pre-identified list of real estate leads. Rather than burning through a massive call volume, you will focus on starting meaningful conversations in both English and Spanish, rapidly building rapport, and expertly qualifying interest to move genuine opportunities forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional looking for a long-term home where they can scale up their workload and eventually transition into a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted outbound calls to a carefully curated, pre-identified list of real estate leads, seamlessly switching between English and Spanish as needed.
Build rapport quickly and authentically with cold contacts, establishing trust to open the door for productive real estate conversations.
Qualify leads meticulously by asking strategic, probing questions to accurately separate real opportunities from dead ends.
Nurture and move high-quality prospects forward in the pipeline, ensuring detailed notes and lead statuses are accurately recorded.
Demonstrate exceptional punctuality, directness, and reliability in your daily workflows, treating a small list with the utmost care and attention.

Qualifications:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with native or near-native fluency and the ability to comfortably switch between both languages on live calls (Required).
Proven prior experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or telemarketing, specifically within the real estate industry (Required).
Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and effectively qualify cold leads without relying on high-volume, mass-dialing tactics (Required).
A strong track record of punctuality, direct communication, and professional reliability (Required).
Desire for a long-term professional relationship and the capacity to scale into a full-time, permanent role as the company's workload grows (Required).
