Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Type: Full time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time
Base Salary: $2,000-$2,500 USD/month

About the Company
The company is an established, U.S.-based industrial equipment business that supplies, services, and repairs equipment for industrial and commercial facilities. After several years of strong growth, it is investing in marketing to build customer awareness, strengthen its technical reputation, and support continued expansion. The company is also adopting AI tools across the business to work faster and smarter.

About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, full-time role that turns leadership’s marketing priorities into scheduled, finished work. Company leadership sets the strategy and timelines. You will own day-to-day coordination and execution, working with internal subject-matter experts and outside specialists such as a web developer, a paid search manager, designers, and implementation consultants. Success means marketing priorities become well-run campaigns without leadership handling the daily execution, vendors receive clear direction, and every project is tracked to completion.

Responsibilities

Marketing Calendar: Build and maintain a single schedule of marketing initiatives, deadlines, and publications.
Technical Content: Coordinate articles, case studies, and videos. Gather material from the company’s technical, service, and sales staff, then edit it, schedule it, and route it for approval.
Website & Resource Library: Act as the point of contact for the outside web developer. Publish content, request improvements, organize a growing library of technical resources, and follow each request through to completion.
LinkedIn & Email Marketing: Write or adapt LinkedIn posts and email campaigns, arrange technical review where needed, and schedule publication. Create routine social content independently.
SEO & AI Search Visibility: Apply practical search optimization to everything published, including visibility in AI-driven search, and coordinate technical site changes with the developer.
Campaign Coordination: Repurpose approved content across channels while keeping communication steady and fresh rather than repetitive.
Google Ads Coordination: Serve as the internal contact for the outside Google Ads manager. Review performance reports, track follow-ups, and present results and recommendations to leadership.
AI & CRM Project Ownership: Act as the internal project owner for an AI assistant being integrated into the company’s CRM. Be the main contact for the outside consultants, coordinate staff input, milestones, testing, and training, and track progress and adoption. The technical build is handled by the consultants.
Marketing Materials & Brochures: Manage updates to company marketing collateral, including bringing several existing brochures together into one consistent corporate capabilities brochure that matches the website and brand. Coordinate content, reviews, and production with internal contributors and outside designers.
Tracking & Reporting: Keep track of assignments, approvals, deadlines, and vendor deliverables, and prepare simple monthly reports on marketing and project results.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Professional Background: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing or marketing coordination.
Content & Channel Experience: Proven experience running content calendars, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website content.
Vendor Management: Experience coordinating outside marketing vendors and agencies and holding them to deadlines.
SEO & Reporting: Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing reporting.
Communication & Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
Core Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through. Comfortable coordinating technical professionals across several projects at once and working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

Marketing experience in an industrial or technical B2B environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day work.
