Salary Range: $6,000 – $9,000 USD per month + pipeline-linked performance bonus [TO CONFIRM] (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Type of job: Remote

About the Company:

Our client is an AI-powered health intelligence platform deployed across 150+ countries that unifies fragmented corporate wellness and healthcare point solutions into a single interface for global enterprises.

About the Role:

As the Founding GTM Engineer, you will serve as the sole architect and operator of our client's AI-native pipeline generation engine, eliminating the need for bloated, manual sales development teams. You will design, build, and continuously optimize the technical infrastructure that discovers, enriches, and engages high-value enterprise accounts across signal-based outbound, paid channels, and AI answer engines. This high-impact role gives an independent contractor full end-to-end ownership over the commercial tech stack, directly moving the needle on high-ACV enterprise pipeline. Success in this position means turning founder-led experiments into a scalable, compounding machine measured strictly by qualified meetings and revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and maintain dynamic ICP account-scoring models across core enterprise buyer personas (Total Rewards, Benefits, People, Finance) using modern enrichment tools and CRM platforms.
Deploy signal-triggered outbound engines that turn real-time buying signals (renewal windows, executive moves, hiring spikes, and intent data) into hyper-personalized, multi-channel outreach.
Build and scale autonomous AI workflows utilizing LLMs, API connectors, and automated agents to conduct account research, generate executive-level copy, and surface pipeline alerts.
Execute account-based paid acquisition across search and professional networks, optimizing campaigns strictly against pipeline generation and ROAS rather than surface-level clicks.
Drive organic discovery and AI search visibility (SEO/AEO) to position our client as the primary authority when enterprise buyers query traditional search engines or generative AI models.
Instrument full-funnel attribution and reporting across CRM and analytics platforms, providing weekly visibility into account penetration, cost-per-meeting, and pipeline velocity.
Safeguard deliverability infrastructure and compliance, proactively managing domain health, inbox rotation, and regulatory standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth marketing, revenue operations, or demand generation within B2B enterprise SaaS (Required).
Proven track record of generating verified enterprise pipeline through automated systems rather than manual outreach volume (Required).
Hands-on experience deploying production workflows using modern LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and automated connectors (Required).
Advanced proficiency with modern data enrichment, outbound sequencing platforms, and deliverability maintenance (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) (Required).
Demonstrated experience running paid acquisition programs against explicit pipeline value or ROAS targets with clean CRM attribution (Required).
Exceptional written communication skills capable of crafting concise, value-led messaging that resonates with executive-level buyers (Required).
Experience selling or marketing to HR, Total Rewards, Employee Benefits, or enterprise Health/InsurTech buyers (Preferred).
Track record executing account-based marketing (ABM) playbooks targeting Global 2000 or Fortune 500 organizations (Preferred).
Technical proficiency with SQL, lightweight scripting (Python or JavaScript), and modern CMS platforms (Preferred).
Prior experience as a founding or early growth contractor navigating zero-to-one problem spaces (Preferred).
