About the Company

Our client is an established, specialized private psychotherapy group and wellness organization in the United States. They provide progressive, inclusive clinical care covering couples therapy, specialized relational counseling, intimacy dynamics, and trauma recovery across multiple U.S. regional practices. Alongside clinical therapy, the organization is launching self-paced digital wellness courses and educational programs for couples and individuals nationwide.

They are seeking an experienced, proactive Marketing Manager to manage multichannel marketing execution, organic patient inquiry generation, content production, and digital course enrollments.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives to expand clinical consultation bookings, website traffic, and digital program sales. This is a hands-on execution role combining multimedia content production (copywriting, visual graphics, short-form video), email marketing automation, search and AI-query optimization (SEO/AIO), and website management.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working within an open, progressive, and LGBTQIA+-affirming mental health environment, possesses sharp aesthetic taste, and uses modern AI workflows to accelerate high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media: Plan, produce, and schedule multimedia assets (carousels, short-form clips, educational copy) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor community engagement and incorporate trending topics.
Digital Course & Offer Marketing: Support the go-to-market rollout, funnel assets, and promotional campaigns for self-paced online relationship courses and digital resources.
Email Marketing & Automations: Build, write, and deploy segmented broadcast campaigns and automated nurturing sequences in email marketing software to engage prospective and past clients.
SEO & AI Search Visibility (GEO/AIO): Execute keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical content audits within WordPress/Elementor to elevate organic search rankings and AI query visibility.
Website Updates: Manage day-to-day landing page layouts, copy tweaks, and promotional updates inside WordPress and Elementor.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track core KPIs (click-through rates, client inquiries, course sales, email engagement) and deliver weekly performance summaries.
AI-Assisted Workflows: Integrate approved AI tools into daily workflows to streamline drafting, ideation, caption generation, and research without losing brand nuance.

Hard Skills & Qualifications

4–6+ years of generalist digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, mental wellness, coaching, or online course brands.
Proven hands-on content creation ability, including graphic design (Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud) and short-form video editing (CapCut/Premiere).
Hands-on proficiency managing website pages in WordPress (Elementor).
Experience building email campaigns, list segments, and automated funnels (Flodesk or comparable ESPs).
Working knowledge of SEO and organic content optimization.
Excellent, engaging, and culturally nuanced written English communication skills.
Complete comfort and openness working with progressive, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+-affirming wellness and mental health subject matter.

Soft Skills

Proactive and self-directed; operates with high autonomy in a fully remote setup.
Culturally sensitive, affirming, and open-minded when engaging with vulnerable wellness topics.
Strong aesthetic eye and respect for brand voice and tone.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project tracking habits.
Solution-oriented mindset with the agility to pivot across creative and technical tasks.

About the Ideal Candidate

You are an execution-focused marketer who loves wearing multiple hats and bringing order to a fast-moving marketing calendar. You don’t wait around for step-by-step instructions—you can spot an upcoming course launch or an unengaged email list, draft the assets, build the landing page in WordPress, and get it live.

You have a genuine interest in relational wellness and mental health, and you understand how to communicate sensitive clinical topics with warmth, humor, and authority. You use modern AI tools smartly to speed up your execution, but your creative taste and editorial judgment ensure everything that goes out the door feels human, polished, and on-brand.

Why This Role Matters

This role bridges clinical therapy with digital education. By maintaining consistent organic visibility, streamlining email communications, and launching digital course funnels, this hire directly determines how effectively the practice scales beyond physical office hours—expanding client access to life-changing relationship care while building a predictable, diversified revenue engine.
