TikTok Channel Manager

About us: At Spin, recruitment is about more than filling roles; it’s about creating real human connections. We partner with leading U.S. companies to help them hire exceptional talent through a true direct-hire process, ensuring candidates join our clients’ teams directly while we support them throughout the journey.

You’ll join a founder-led, fast-growing home-care brand that’s redefining what clean smells like. Its laundry detergents carry layered fragrances inspired by fine colognes and candles, in packaging made to stay out on display — turning one of the most mundane chores in the house into something people actually look forward to.

The brand was built on TikTok. Organic content took it from a handful of orders a day to hundreds, and today it sells across its own site, TikTok Shop and Amazon. TikTok Shop is where the community discovers the products and falls in love with them — and now the brand needs someone to own the channel end to end and build it into a true growth engine.

As TikTok Channel Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day engine of the channel and shape the strategy behind it: assortment and pricing, ads, creator sourcing and relationships, and Live shopping. You’ll be the go-to person for everything TikTok and the main point of contact with the brand’s TikTok account reps, reporting to the VP of Ecommerce.

One day you might launch a monthly creator challenge in Discord and approve a wave of sample requests. The next, you’re prepping a host lineup for a megalive, refining GMV Max campaigns, or untangling a tricky order issue with TikTok support. You won’t support a channel — you’ll own one, and see your work show up directly in the numbers.

A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with creators and keeping a community engaged
Resourceful problem solver who takes ownership of issues until they are fully resolved
Comfortable using automation and AI tools to work smarter and scale your impact
Thrives in a small, fast-moving team where ownership is high and ambiguity is real
