Our client is currently recruiting a full-time, HRIS Data Analyst. This role will be based in our Basking Ridge, NJ office.

Job Responsibilities:

The HRIS Coordinator provides support in all functional areas of HRIS which includes accurate input of data into the HRIS systems, auditing electronic records for accuracy, maintaining and filing paper copies of personnel records ensuring compliance in all area of HR, and assisting in a variety of special HR system projects and tasks. Additionally, this position serves as a point-of-contact for all Human Resource Management System (HRMS) transactional inquiries. The HRIS Data Analyst will also assist with regression testing for HRMS upgrades and other projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy
Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system
Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
Assist the HRIS Manager with the development of HRIS SOP's
Ensure and maintain compliance of employee personnel files
Assist with the day-to-day operations of Ultipro including onboarding and recruitment modules
Ensure data integrity of the HRIS systems through audit, review, updates, and maintenance
Assist with the integration of international employee data into Ultipro
Develop recommendations, and assist with implementing process and system enhancements
Create, run, maintain, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports
Provide HRIS support to HR and Payroll colleagues and end-user population
Process employee salary and organizational changes
Assist with system security and perform password resets
Thoroughly document procedures and workflows
Assist with projects as assigned

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have HRIS experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
Technical writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
Must be able to exhibit fast and accurate data skills
