Key Responsibilities - Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Guesty Property Management System (PMS) Operator or Assistant to oversee operations at our various commercial properties. In this position, you will work with virtual teams (customer success & multiple account managers) to create and configure property listings, customized reports, and profiles at Guesty PMS, as well as ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, track daily expenses ensuring information parity and contribute to optimal distribution strategies through Rentals United channel manager and direct OTA connections. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of property management experience.

Functions and Responsibilities

Work with regular supervision to plan, prioritize, communicate, and organize a generally standard workload.
Will be responsible for managing all functions that support the effective running of fast-paced business. The position is key to the success and smooth operations of the organizations.
Exhibits pride in work, personal maturity, and good judgment and enjoys delivering value in a rapidly changing and often demanding work environment where teamwork and a partnership spirit are required and where a premium is placed on both creativity and flawless execution.
Guesty, Rental United, Airbnb, major and minor OTAs property management.
Track OTAs changes and major updates to and prepare implementation plans across all of the properties’ inventories.
Ensure service and lease contracts data integration fulfillment at PMS.
Eventually set up notifications, tasks, and automated communications to all properties’ personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.).
Maintain and update property records.
Maintain an excellent and positive relationship with renters and tenants.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Guesty Web App and Mobile App operation knowledge and experience required.
2 to 3+ years of relevant experience required.
Own Personal Computer and/or Laptop.
Good Internet Infrastructure and Connectivity.
Smartphone.
Strong PC literacy with solid skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, Web browsers, Google Drive & Documents.
Knowledge in Property Management and Vacation Rental.
Knowledge of Property Management Software.
Rental United operation knowledge and experience.
Airbnb operation knowledge and experience.
Ability to find solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to a group of companies’ policies and practices for guidance.
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
