We are looking for permanent staff to work in a newly opening classy retaurant & bar at Limassol's newly built landmark, The Icon

Your main responsibilities:
1)    To check service station’s readiness for the service, ensure all equipment is ready for use.
2)    To prepare decorations for the preparation of beverages.
3)    To assist the person in charge with the transfer and storage of requisitions.
4)    To ensure ice is to adequate levels both in the bar and in storage.
5)    To liaise with kitchen and prepare snacks for beverage sides/accompaniments.
6)    To ensure stores’ cleanliness and tidiness.
7)    To be responsible for assisting the bar team in order to achieve a smooth beverage service.
8)    To keep the bar clean and organized at all times.
9)      To assist barman by restocking beverages, transfer these from the stores to the bar on a regular basis, as and when required. constantly.
10) To ensure the continuous drying and polishing of clean equipment and restocking of the bar.
11) To thoroughly understand all standards of food safety, health & hygiene.
12) To project a positive, professional and friendly image to the guests and employees.

Requirements
1) Holder of EU passport, citizen of the EU
2) Graduate of a secondary school, preferably of hospitality specialized in table service, but not necessarily in case of active students
3) Relevant certificates are desirable (Bartending schools)
4) One year or season of experience in similar work environment
5) Must be able to converse in English. Greek and Russian are considered an advantage

What we offer:

12 month/permanent contract
13^th salary in full in December
Spring bonus at Orthodox Easter in the first year 10% of the monthly gross salary, after 3 years of employment 20%, after 5 years 50%
5.5 working days per week
9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour break
21 days annual leave (any untaken days off will contribute to the annual balance, including public holidays), increasing to 24 after 3 years of employment and to 26 after 5 years

Salary: 1.100€/month gross+TIP

Accommodation:
Our company will offer a relocation assistance, that consists of airport transfer by one of our senior staff members and arranged accommodation.
We’ll be renting a complete block of apartments or studios, which will be sublet to the employees for a monthly fee of €500 plus utilities (water, electricity, waste) paid directly by the employee (average monthly cost of these around €70). The €500 will be deducted directly from the monthly salaries.
We do understand these are high cost rentals, however some of the cheapest options currently available in Limassol, we manage to get such ‘low’ price due to the organized rent.
In exchange we guarantee brand-new, high quality stays, which are fully furnished and equipped with all appliances in the kitchen and living room, including latest technology water pressure and heating system, central heating, AC units, etc., clearly speaking; above the average domestically available quality. The block is also located in a central area of the city with direct access to real public transportation.
