Personnel consulting, executive search, and management consultancy are essentially based on the handling of personal, i.e. very sensitive and worth protecting data. All partners of Brand & Partners GmbH (hereinafter referred to as B&P or Brandt & Partners) collect, store and process personal data. The handling takes place in the knowledge and in compliance with all the GDPR and is respected by all partners. The protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data is for the B&P an important concern that we take into account in our business processes. Below we would like to inform you about the handling of your data when visiting our website.

PROCESSING PURPOSES / LEGAL BASIS

The personal data collected on this website in the course of marketing for their own business purposes, to analyze and optimize the use of this online application and for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship (recruiting) between you and one of our clients according to Art. 6 of GDPR.

DATA TRANSMISSION TO THIRD PARTIES
Unless they are statistical usage data provided by Google or other social media plugins, no personal information will be transmitted to third parties or to a third country outside the EU.

STORAGE TIME
Unless otherwise agreed or revoked, data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the processing purpose. Stored online applications will be deleted 6 months after completion of the order of our client ("staffing"), if there is no consent that the application data for the purpose of a later staffing remain in our talent pool and may be involved in a later staffing process.

You have the right to information, rectification and cancellation at any time with regard to your personal data (art. 15, 16, 17, GDPR). ONLINE APPLICATION
For quick and comfortable applications you can use our online application tool. Of course, we only use the information, which you submit to us in the online application form, to process your application. Only the named partners of B&P and the staff in the headquarters have direct access to this data if they are commissioned with the customer project. A transformer of your complete data to third parties will not take place without your consent. This consent is obtained verbally by the project partner within the framework of the selection process, provided that you have been selected for the presentation by a client. Any other transfer of your data to third parties does not occur. Your contact and application data will be stored with us for the duration of the application process. At the latest 6 months after the completion of the order by our client (staffing/project end) your applicant data will be deleted, unless you arrange a free deletion. For the online transmission of your application data, we use an encryption method so that your information is protected against unauthorized access (see below). Please note that applications you send us by e-mail will be sent to us encrypted. We therefore recommend the use of the online application tool.

DATA SECURITY
We take appropriate measures to technically and organizationally implement the protection of your data. The service providers commissioned by us have been carefully selected and also committed to data protection. Some areas of the web offer in which particularly sensitive data, for example, in forms, we also encrypt them by SSL to protect your data from unauthorized access. You recognize encrypted websites at the lock icon of your browser. Please, note that unencrypted data transmission (via email or the web forms) may be read by unauthorized persons outside our sphere of influence. If you want to transmit sensitive data unencrypted to us, we recommend that you use other transmission paths.
