Recruitment Terms and Non-Circumvention Clause

1. Introduction

These Recruitment Terms ("Terms") outline the agreement between [Candidate Name] ("Candidate") and GFFC Resource Management Ltd ("Recruitment Agency") regarding the recruitment services provided by the Recruitment Agency. By engaging with the Recruitment Agency's services, the Candidate agrees to abide by these Terms.

2. Candidate Representation

The Candidate acknowledges that the Recruitment Agency acts as an intermediary and facilitator in the job placement process. The Candidate represents that all information provided to the Recruitment Agency is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Candidate also confirms their authorization for the Recruitment Agency to share their details and résumé with potential employers for suitable job opportunities.

3. Non-Circumvention Clause

The Candidate agrees not to circumvent the recruitment services of GFFC Resource Management Ltd by directly approaching or engaging with any company or organization introduced by GFFC Resource Management Ltd. The Candidate commits to notifying GFFC Resource Management Ltd immediately if any direct communication or engagement with an introduced company takes place. This clause is in effect for a period of [time frame, e.g., 12 months] from the date of introduction.

4. Confidentiality

The Candidate acknowledges and agrees to treat all information provided by GFFC Resource Management Ltd and potential employers as strictly confidential. The Candidate will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the explicit consent of GFFC Resource Management Ltd or the potential employer.

5. Data Management and Privacy

a. GFFC Resource Management Ltd, your Recruitment Partner, will store your data in Recruit CRM to manage your information and present your profile to potential employers for job opportunities.

b. Recruit CRM is a software system that assists recruitment firms in managing their client relationships. You can review Recruit CRM's privacy policy and GDPR commitment on our website.

c. Recruit CRM may store your data in a Data Centre inside or outside of Europe.

d. At any point, you can request your recruiter to delete your data or provide you with an "Update Resume Link," which you can use to update your profile information/resume or request the removal of your data from their system.

6. Interview and Communication

The Candidate acknowledges that GFFC Resource Management Ltd will facilitate communication between the Candidate and potential employers. The Candidate agrees to promptly respond to interview requests and maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the interview process.

7. Job Offer and Acceptance

In the event that a job offer is extended by a potential employer, the Candidate will promptly inform GFFC Resource Management Ltd of their decision. If the offer is accepted, the Candidate agrees to communicate the acceptance through GFFC Resource Management Ltd. The Candidate understands that GFFC Resource Management Ltd may provide assistance and guidance during the negotiation and acceptance process.

8. Fee and Payment

The Candidate acknowledges that GFFC Resource Management Ltd's fees are typically borne by the hiring company. There is no fee charged to the Candidate for the recruitment services provided.

9. Termination of Agreement

Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. The obligations under the Non-Circumvention Clause, confidentiality, and any ongoing job application processes shall survive the termination of this agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By acknowledging and engaging with these Recruitment Terms, the Candidate and GFFC Resource Management Ltd signify their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
