Head of Supporter Journey

Location: Oxford/Home-based. Hybrid-working available with majority home-based

Salary: Up to £51,816 per annum, FTE

Contract: Permanent

Oxfam is seeking a Head of Supporter Journey to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Supporter Journey team in line with the organisation’s feminist approach and values.

Oxfam is a global movement of millions of people who share the belief that, in a world rich in resources, poverty is not inevitable. In just 15 years, extreme poverty has been halved. 15 more years and, Oxfam believe, we can end it for good.

The role of Head of Supporter Journey will lead the Supporter Journey Team to ensure that every Oxfam individual supporter (whether that is campaigners or donors) has a relevant and inspiring journey with the charity and that all supporter interactions are engaging. It will also involve maximising supporter retention and development, in order to generate long-term growth in income.

The successful candidate will live Oxfam’s values of inclusion, accountability and empowerment and will be a collaborative leader who encourages integration and supports their team to succeed. You will have experience of managing the performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential as well as of leading the development of large-scale segmentation strategies and compelling supporter journeys. You will have strong influencing and relationship-building skills and powerful storytelling expertise to enable you to share the Oxfam story in inspiring ways for a variety of audiences.
