About The Program:

Al Rajhi Capital Pioneers program aims to develop and train graduates who are interested in working in the financial sector. The program is built on a foundation of comprehensive knowledge in the financial field, enhancing opportunities thorough understanding of financial instruments while helping identify the trainee's strengths and interests. The program lasts 12 months and is based in Riyadh.

It begins with 6 months of technical training in collaboration with the Financial Academy, focusing on technical aspects while obtaining mandatory professional certifications, in addition to developing personal and managerial skills necessary for the financial sector.

Following this, trainees move on to practical application at Al Rajhi Capital for another 6 months, during which they will undertake a graduation project to be presented to a committee from Al Rajhi Capital.

In addition to the above, the program includes eight main tracks:

1-Asset Management
2- Brokerage
3- Investment Research
4- Investment Operations
5- Digital Transformation
6- International Investment
7- Investment Banking
8- Real Estate Investments

Program Eligiblity:

Saudi National.
Graduation Year: 2023-2024 for Bachelor's or Master's degrees.
Minimum GPA 3.75/5 – 3/4.
The applicant's age must not exceed 27 for a Bachelor's degree and 30 for a Master's degree.
Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:

Finance.
Accounting.
Investment.
Economy.
Information Technology.
Cybersecurity.
Software Engineering.
Information Systems.
Mathematics.
Statistics.
Risk Management.
Law, or International Law.

Bachelor or Master degree must be from a university accredited by the Ministry of Education.
The applicant's experience should not exceed 12 months, if applicable.
