CONSENT FOR THE COLLECTION OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

I And I agree that SELECTIO Ltd. collects my personal data, as follows:

- my general identification data: name and surname, date of birth
- contact information: residential address, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail address
- data related to the potential job: position, department, salary and salary supplements
- data on education and work experience (completed level of education, educational institutions attended, completed educational programs and additional training, previous employment, duration of employment, copies of diplomas, copies of work experience certificates)
- other data that the Data Processor is obliged to collect and process as required by legal regulations

II            The purpose of collecting my personal data (described in I of this consent) is:
- to be able to assess my suitability for positions for which the Data Processor will perform candidate recruitment and selection tasks, of which they will inform me in advance and use them for the purpose of assessing my suitability for open positions with clients, and no personal data will be collected other than those for which I have given my consent
- send newsletters on available jobs and employment opportunities with third parties - potential employers and other information such as participation in research, etc.

III           I agree that the Data Processor may make all and/or only some of the listed personal data available for use to the following recipients:
- the executor of personal data processing, Workforce Cloud Tech, Inc., via the Recruit CRM application
- providers of bookkeeping, legal counselling and similar services to that of the Data Processor
- IT support service providers to the Data Processor
- providers of so-called digital services to the Data Processor - Microsoft, Google, etc.
- third parties in relation to whom there is a legal obligation to provide personal data

IV           My personal data is collected and stored exclusively for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected, as follows:
- data on employment are kept in accordance with a special regulation governing labour relations
- other data are kept for 2 years from exercising the rights and obligations of the contractual relationship
- other personal data are kept until they cease to serve the purpose for which they were collected, and at the latest until the expiration of the legal obligation to store them
- if another regulation so prescribes, personal data may be kept longer in accordance with a particular special regulation
- the Data Processor will not provide third parties with access to this data and analysis without my specific consent
- the Data Processor will legally and in accordance with all applicable regulations, store the collected data on computer systems with valid encryption protections, in order to preserve their confidentiality and secrecy

I expressly, freely and at my own discretion confirm that:
- I am informed in detail about all personal data that are or may be collected, the purpose of processing my personal data, and the duration of storage of personal data
- there is no automated decision-making undertaken by the Data Processor, and no decision will be made against me based solely on automated processing, including the creation of profiles, which produces legal effects that relate to me or would significantly affect me
- I have the right to ask the Data Processor to delete my personal data either by registered post directly to the address of SELECTIO Ltd. or via e-mail szop@selectio.hr, as well as to limit the processing relating to me but also the right to object to the processing of such and the right to data portability, in accordance with applicable regulations
- I have the right to submit complaints / appeals to the Personal Data Protection Agency
- this consent has been given voluntarily and without coercion of any kind and I may withdraw this consent at any time
