Candidate Terms of Engagement

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Scaling Sales Recruitment to represent you during your job search process. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our partnership as we work together to find suitable job opportunities for you. Please read the following carefully.

2. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Scaling Sales Recruitment is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with data protection laws. By agreeing to this document, you consent to the sharing of your personal information (such as your resume, qualifications, and contact details) with potential employers during the recruitment process. We will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

3. Candidate Commitments

As a candidate, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your qualifications, work experience, and references.
Inform us if you are involved in any other job applications or interviews that could conflict with the positions we are presenting you for.
Represent yourself professionally and accurately during interviews and communications with potential employers.

4. Interview Process

Scaling Sales Recruitment will support you throughout the interview process by providing relevant details about the position and company, as well as preparing you for interviews. We ask that you:

Attend scheduled interviews punctually and professionally.
Provide feedback to us following each interview within 24 hours to help improve future opportunities.

5. Expectations of Communication

We expect you to maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process. This includes:

Responding to our communications (emails, phone calls, messages) in a timely manner.
Informing us immediately if you receive any job offers from other sources or have a change in availability.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement

During the recruitment process, you may receive confidential information about the companies we represent. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties or use it for personal gain without the consent of Scaling Sales Recruitment.

7. Exclusive Representation

You agree to be exclusively represented by Scaling Sales Recruitment for the role(s) introduced to you. During this process, you will not work with other recruitment agencies for the same role(s) without our prior agreement.

8. Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your qualifications, work experience, and employment history. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of our representation.

9. Job Offer Notification

You agree to notify Scaling Sales Recruitment if you receive and accept any job offers from other employers during the recruitment process. This ensures we can manage the recruitment process effectively and avoid any misunderstandings.

10. Document Submission

You agree to provide any requested documents (e.g., updated resume, references) within 2 business days of the request. Failure to do so may delay or impact your representation in the recruitment process.

11. Non-Circumvention Clause

As a candidate, you agree not to bypass Scaling Sales Recruitment by applying directly to any client or hiring company introduced by Scaling Sales Recruitment. This ensures that the recruitment process remains fair and transparent for all parties involved. Working with us guarantees that your application will be properly reviewed by the hiring manager, and we will represent you in the best light possible throughout the process.

12. Notification of Client Communication

If you receive any communication from a client introduced by Scaling Sales Recruitment that results in an interview or offer of employment within 12 months of the introduction, you agree to notify Scaling Sales Recruitment within 5 business days. This allows us to ensure all parties are aligned and that the recruitment process is managed appropriately.

13. Termination of Representation

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you wish to stop working with Scaling Sales Recruitment, we ask that you provide notice as soon as possible. Similarly, Scaling Sales Recruitment reserves the right to terminate our representation if the terms of this agreement are not upheld.

Your Recruitment Partner ScalingSalesPro will be storing your data in Recruit CRM to manage your information and send your profile to companies to present you for potential job Opportunities.

Recruit CRM is a software system that helps recruitment firms manage their relationship with their clients. You can view Recruit CRMs privacy policy or GDPR commitment on our website.

Recruit CRM may store your data in a Data Centre inside or outside Europe.

You can ask your recruiter at any point to delete your data or simply ask them for an “Update resume link” which you can use to update your profile information/resume or simply delete your data from their system.
