You know what’s ironic: sometimes the best candidates often have a messy CV.
So, how do you handle this? You might manually format them, fix headings, change fonts, and fix spacing.
But we fix it with our advanced CV formatting feature in just a few clicks!
You heard it right.
Let’s get into the details.
What is CV/Resume formatting?
CV/Resume formatting is the process of editing, enhancing, or modifying the CV of the applicants to ensure it appears structured, polished, and presentable to the client.
You don’t change the candidates’ skills or any information in the resume, but arrange the information cleanly and professionally.
This document editing process helps align with your client’s requirements and showcase your agency’s standards.

Step 2: Choose your template
In the “templates” section, choose from options like header, footer, cover letter, or watermarks. You can add a new template or create resumes from the existing ones.

Step 4: Save and organize the formatted file
Hit the green colored “save” button. You can also rename the file.
It will be saved in the candidate’s file section. You can save your file in the custom field section if you have created one. Just select “custom field to save file”. Select the field where you want the file to be saved, and you’re done.
