1. Gustavo Fring from Breaking Bad
Gus always maintained his professionalism. As a recruiter, he would have his own set of rules for the entire team.
Being a business-minded person, he’ll have a close eye on the revenue generated and jobs closed and would not let the accounting go wrong.
He is calm yet controlling, so he’d probably have everything going according to his wishes.
2. Gloria Delgado-Pritchett from Modern Family
This feisty and outspoken personality would surely be the kind of recruiter who grills candidates just for fun!
Gloria would be proud of job seekers who boast about their traditional roots and spend more time chatting about their personal lives.
That’s her fun side, but who knows, she might even manipulate or blackmail the applicants into accepting the job offer!
3. Michael Scott from The Office
Michael Scott would probably spend more time getting to know the candidates and clients to build a strong relationship.
His prime focus would be to provide an excellent candidate and customer experience.
He can also excellently manage his team without being the dog in the manger. He is always up for some fun at work!
4. Rosa Diaz from Brooklyn Nine-Nine
The smart, tough, mysterious, and badass lady hates small talk and won’t waste time discussing anything outside the job offer.
She will quickly go through a candidate’s profile and ask head-on questions that can be nerve-wracking.
Rosa does not care about playing the good cop. She will be really upfront with the feedback regardless of whether the applicant is hired.
5. Dustin Henderson from Stranger Things
Dustin is a keen observer, and his curious mind drives him to pay attention to every detail.
He will ask his job prospects a lot of questions during the interview but will do that without making them feel nervous or uncomfortable.
Since he also believes in technological advancements, he would definitely adopt recruitment automation to streamline his hiring process.
6. Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones
Daenerys is a soft-spoken and determined individual who would pay more attention to the job seeker’s soft skills and personality traits than the hard skills.
The dragon queen will leave no stones unturned when it comes to building, managing, and engaging the talent pool.
She might be polite as a recruiter, but candidates really shouldn’t dare to ghost her. We all have seen her vengeful side, haven’t we?
7. Billy Butcher from The Boys
Billy would probably start his interview with an ‘Oi.’
His interviews will be really informal, but he’ll shortlist applicants who have clear goals and don’t get themselves involved in any BS.
He may appear as an emotionally off professional, but in reality, he cares for his team and has a witty side too.
8. Elizabeth “Polly” Gray from Peaky Blinders
With her exceptional leadership skills, the matriarch would probably be a recruitment leader and influencer too.
She will use her social media channels to give out solid tips for budding staffing agents and will probably run her own recruitment blog.
Her day would be super packed with interviews and webinars.
