Job summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Development Director to lead our donor relations and fundraising efforts. 

In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives, foster relationships with key business partners, and coordinate events. 

As a Development Director, you will also analyze campaign performance, report on outcomes, and play an active role in various organizational activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the board of directors to design and execute fundraising programs.
• Identify potential individual and corporate donors, and develop strategies to nurture these relationships.
• Evaluate donation opportunities through local, state, and federal programs.
• Manage the organization’s budget and ensure the success of fundraising revenue streams.
• Prepare and track proposals and reports for all corporate and organizational fundraising efforts.
• Provide leadership and guidance on fundraising policies, strategies, and potential grant opportunities.

Skills:
