To enrich data, you need a valid LinkedIn profile and at least one empty field (either email or phone) for the system to complete.
Yes! If you don’t have an active subscription, you’ll see manual enrich buttons and receive 5 free credits to try out the feature.
Yes. If multiple emails are found, the primary email will be added to the profile, and additional emails will be saved as a note. Only one credit is consumed, even if multiple emails are found.
Yes, you can type or paste email and phone details manually anytime, giving you full flexibility in maintaining accurate contact data.
If the data you enriched is incorrect, you can use the feedback option to report it. However, credits are non-refundable, even if the data provided is inaccurate.
Only users with edit rights on a record and the appropriate data enrichment access can use this feature. Admins can control these permissions.
To check your credits or upgrade your plan, go to Admin Settings > Data Enrichment. This section provides access to your credit usage and allows you to adjust your plan.
