On-boarding a candidate is like welcoming our favourite guest home.
Onboarding begins after a candidate accepts an offer to when they are able to fully execute their roles & responsibilities. The onboarding process includes:
1.) Getting a new team-member oriented to the culture of the organization
2.) Explaining to her the rules and policies of the organisation.
3.) Giving the employee access to the tools he needs to perform their job (CRM, ATS etc)
4.) Completing documentation related work like offer letter, tax filing related queries etc.
