Yes. You can manage this using the Hide Your Messages toggle in the LinkedIn card (available only if the LinkedIn Integration is purchased and your LinkedIn account is connected).
- Toggle ON → You will see your own LinkedIn messages and messages from other users to the same prospect. However, your messages will remain hidden from other users.
- Toggle OFF → All users in your organization will be able to see the full conversation history with the prospect, including your messages.
Important:
- The toggle is user-specific — each team member can individually choose whether to hide or share their own messages.
- The setting can be changed anytime in your LinkedIn Integration settings.
