Can I use Recruit CRM without LinkedIn messages and vice versa?
Yes. Since LinkedIn messages is an add-on that we provide, you can use Recruit CRM without it.

Can I decide who in my organization can see the messages?
Yes. You can manage this using the Hide Your Messages toggle in the LinkedIn card (available only if the LinkedIn Integration is purchased and your LinkedIn account is connected).
- Toggle ON → You will see your own LinkedIn messages and messages from other users to the same prospect. However, your messages will remain hidden from other users.
- Toggle OFF → All users in your organization will be able to see the full conversation history with the prospect, including your messages.
Important:
- The toggle is user-specific — each team member can individually choose whether to hide or share their own messages.
- The setting can be changed anytime in your LinkedIn Integration settings.
Is there a difference if I have a Sales Navigator LinkedIn license?
No. Unipile works with all versions of LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator.
Are InMails supported with this integration?
Yes, we now support Inmail messaging, where a user with a paid LinkedIn account can send InMail to non-connections.
