We are looking for an experienced CEO to manage day-to-day operations. The candidate must be ready to build the team and great company culture by providing inspired leadership to the executive members. Establishment of a great working relationship with the board members.

CEO responsibilities:

  • Create an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision and values.
  • Make high level decision about policy and strategy to advance the business and increase profits.
  • Check the timely submission of month-end financial and operational reviews.
  • Contribution towards the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts.
  • Create and implement organization, vision and direction.
  • Lead, guide and evaluate executive leaders.
  • Have a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
  • Building trust relations with the key partners and stakeholder.
  • Candidate have to act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunity of the company.
  • Participating in industry-related events that will magnify the CEO’s leadership skills, the organization’s reputation, and the organization’s potential for success.

CEO qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master degree or MBA.
  • Experience in a senior management position.
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and accomplishing vision.
  • Well built understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
  • Potential to inspire confidence and create trust amongst the employees.
  • Ability to work under pressure and plan personal workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and good public speaking skills.
