Employee Value Proposition, or EVP, is a set of rewards & incentives that an organization offers its employees for their contributions.
Employees contribute to the growth and well being of an organization by lending their skills, experience, knowledge and hard work. Organizations often emphasize employee motivation and employee engagement at work, this results in the positive behavior of the employees and benefits the business. EVP’s also exist in order to motivate employees to give their best.
These incentives have an additional benefit of accelerating employee engagement.
Employee value proposition is organization specific. It is also useful in employer branding as value propositions can be one of the core reasons a candidate chooses a specific organization.

3.) Employee recognition schemes
