Substitute teacher

Job summary: 

We are currently looking for a teacher to join us on a temporary or permanent basis. 

In order to encourage the learning environment while their regular teacher is absent, the Substitute Teacher will need to manage the class effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to student learning, growth and advancement
• Apply various techniques to encourage participation and effective learning
• Adapt teaching methods which can be understood by every individual
• Assign and explain homework clearly
• Follow up with all school regulations and policies at all times
• Make sure students maintain the decorum of the class
• Oversee school equipment and ensure students use it properly
• Serve as a role model for students

Qualification and skills:

• High School diploma in [X]
