Growing up in Brighton, on the south coast of the United Kingdom, Nader always wanted to become a race car driver growing up.

However, things took a turn as he grew up. After studying business in college and university, Beshara developed a keen interest in the same and knew he wanted to do something of his own and run his own show.

After working for 6 months as a paralegal in a small law firm in Brighton, Nader took a dive into recruitment after realizing it didn’t fit his personality type.

As someone who always enjoys a target-driven environment, meeting new people, building relationships, and networking, recruitment seemed to be perfect.

Nader started Ingham Jones a year back. His company is a trusted provider of permanent and interim risk, finance, compliance, and leadership recruitment services in the UK & Europe to a diverse range of Global and SME companies across management consulting, banking, insurance, and fintech.

Their experienced recruitment consultants work in partnerships with their clients to deliver the best in class recruitment and staffing solutions, offer market insight and provide expert advice on hiring strategies.

Listen to Nader talk about his days in recruitment, setting up a commission structure for his team, the numbers he is making, and so on in this episode.
