You have made a successful “Placement” when one of your candidates accepts a job offer from your client. This is also the time you can deliver an invoice for your services to your client and collect your placement fees.

A recruiters performance is generally measured by the number of placements she makes & revenue she generates for the firm. The number of placements a recruiter is expected to make can range from 10 per month for entry-level roles at low paying jobs all the way to a single placement a year for recruiters working on placing a CEO and other Leadership.
